The University of Akron is updating their Parking with a new company. Below are the instructions you need to follow until their new system is in place. Sorry for the extra steps and any confusion. If you already have parking in place, it "should" continue as normal monthly billing. This is not in our control, so if you have any questions, please use the contact info (email or phone) below!

You have to contact the parking office at the number at the bottom and then they send a link for parking and then confirm back they have it for April. They will advise if a new registration has to be done for May.
Due to our transition to a new parking management software, which is expected to go live on April 27, 2026, our team must manually update all permits and accounts.
If you are contacting us specifically to switch or add a vehicle to your active permit, please include all of the following information to expedite the process:
- Your First and Last name registered to your permit
- Currently registered vehicle License Plate #
- Updated registered vehicle License Plate #
